It is a Class A or Class H fire-resistant product with a fire resistance duration of 2 hours and 4 hours respectively. Made of low-smoke and halogen-free materials, it is non-toxic, harmless and free of irritating odors, and can effectively provide heat insulation and fire separation. Ceramic fiber fire blankets comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 3003, and are mainly made of aluminosilicate fiber or zirconium-containing aluminosilicate fiber.
Ceramic fiber fire blankets with an outer layer compounded with aramid 1414 organic fiber can be applied to high-voltage cables and their accessories with explosion-proof requirements. The key technical indicators of the outer layer and fixing modules meet the provisions of the technical specifications for fire protection of high-voltage cables and channels. Among them, the compressive strength is tested according to the test method specified in GB 3836.1, and the warp and weft strength is tested according to the test method specified in GB/T 3917.1.
Combining our expertise in fiber technology, we provide customers with safe, reliable and cost-effective power fire protection solutions.
