BBS Intumescent Fireproof Foam is a two-component, low-density flexible foam sealing material. It is free of halogens and asbestos, with excellent smoke tightness, air tightness and water tightness, capable of achieving good heat insulation and fire resistance effects. The system features long-term fire resistance performance of up to 30 years, with blast resistance and pressure-bearing capacity of 200kPa, and a maximum fire resistance rating of 3 hours.
It is suitable for various penetration applications, holes with difficult construction conditions, and sealing scenarios after secondary penetration. It can be subsequently painted with other coatings. The fireproof foam has no fluidity, can stay in place, and expands at a controllable and consistent rate, forming a tight seal around pipes, cables and conduits. Tricky installation issues can be easily addressed in one step, making firestopping installation simpler.
